OUR SERVICES LITIGATION The firm primarily conducts litigation in claims arising in commercial law in the Queensland Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court and the Federal Court of Australia. Some actions have included large claims for money being sought to be recovered by our clients. More specifically in relation to company law, disputes between company directors and shareholders in private and public unlisted companies. Trade Practices Law The firm has conducted or is conducting cases involving the Trade Practices Act, 1974, that is to say, in circumstances where clients have suffered significant loss by corporations and individuals of corporations engaging in misleading and deceptive conduct (Section 52) and entitling those who have suffered loss to recover their entire loss and damage. Construction Law The firm deals in construction disputes primarily of a commercial nature. |
